When you opt in to receive text messages from Alyra Labs LLC (“Alyra Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you may receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages related to our services. These messages may include:

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to the Alyra Labs text messaging program by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Alyra Labs at the phone number you provide.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Alyra Labs.

3. Message Frequency

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Alyra Labs unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications (such as email) unless you separately request that.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent by Alyra Labs.

8. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider. Alyra Labs is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or changes to your phone number.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes under any circumstances. Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

We may share your phone number with our SMS service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf. Our service provider is contractually required to use your information only to deliver our messages and is prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
